A Sterling man was arrested last weekend for public intoxication and assaulting three sheriff’s deputies, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to reports of an intoxicated male sitting in a vehicle and yelling at passersby around 9:11 p.m. on Aug. 3 in the 22300 block of South Sterling Boulevard.
While being taken into custody, the man reportedly spat on three deputies.
Jason A. Hann, 33, was charged with public intoxication and three counts of assault on law enforcement.
He was being held without bond Monday at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center Monday, according to officials.
