The driver reportedly left the vehicle and began fleeing on foot but was apprehended shortly thereafter.

Marvin Ordonez, 22, of Sterling, was charged with driving while intoxicated — his second offense — as well as obstructing justice, refusal to provide a breath test, driving without a license, reckless driving, hit-and-run, eluding law enforcement and other infractions.According to the LCSO, Ordonez is being held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center without bond.
