A man was charged Sunday in connection to a reported act of unlawful filming in May at the Dulles Town Center mall, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office.
LCSO conducted an investigation after receiving reports on the evening of May 25 that an unknown male was taking pictures under a bathroom stall wall.
During the course of the investigation, detectives were reportedly able to identify 21-year-old Alexander R. Mobasser, of Sterling, as the suspect.
Mobasser turned himself in to authorities July 25 and was charged with obscenity — unlawful filming.
He was later released from the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on an unsecured bond.
