Great news! Thank God Ms. Peters is safe.

Really.....this is news worthy of an article in LTM? The authorities would have said if she were abducted, that would have made it newsworthy. If she has mental illness, then yes, use out of state authorities to track her down. Otherwise, she is a 40-year old adult. Did the family really want this published for all to see?

But they said "There is concern for the woman's well-being due to health concerns."

Yes, LeesburgFan -- the family appreciates this article. More exposure = more people who might see this. A family with young children is missing their mother. They want her home.

I'd hope you'd be able to show more compassion for a missing Loudoun resident, neighbor, and beloved community member.

@LeesburgFan - Try to imagine, just for a moment, that this woman is your mother, sister, daughter or dearest friend. Barbara is exactly that to many people.

Ask yourself again. Is this news worthy?

Hope she is found and returns home safely.....
