Emma Coronel Aispuro, the wife of famed Mexican drug trafficker Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman Loera, was arrested Monday at Washington Dulles International Airport for alleged involvement in her husband’s international operation.

Coronel Aispuro, 31, received charges of conspiracy to import and distribute at least 5 kilograms of cocaine, 500 grams of methamphetamines, 1 kilogram of heroin and 1,000 kilograms of marijuana in the U.S., according to the U.S. Department of Justice.
