A woman of no fixed address was arrested in Sterling Monday night after allegedly driving while impaired and without a license, as well as providing false ID to law enforcement, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies reported to the intersection of West Church Street and North York Road around 8:44 p.m. for a report of a collision and found the alleged at-fault driver to be under the influence of alcohol.
Per the LCSO, authorities also determined the suspect provided a false name and did not possess a driver's license.
Passeli D. Lopez Martinez, 37, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving without a license and falsely identifying herself to a law enforcement officer.
As of Tuesday, she was being held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center pending review.
