Arlyn Kenimer  Black

Arlyn Kenimer Black, 82, of Loudoun County, passed from this life to his heavenly home on Saturday, August 15, 2020, in his home, surrounded by his loving family.

Born in Conover, NC, he was the bouncing baby boy of the late Berge and Monteen Black. For over 55 years, he has been an established entrepreneur in his community of Loudoun County. Arlyn was very passionate about his love for his community and was recognized for many of his civic duties throughout his life. Arlyn was a proud Veteran of the United States Air Force where he served four years. He was a member of the Community Church of Ashburn, VA.

He is survived by his childhood sweetheart, Patricia Faye Black, married for over 61 years; four children, Stephanie Black of Hamilton, VA, Arlyn Keith Black of Purcellville, VA, Angela Kolbe of Sterling, VA, and Shelley Lubag of Tega Cay, SC; 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; his sister, Barbara Eschmann of Jackson Springs, NC; and his brother, Eric Black of Winchester, VA; and many nieces and nephews.

A visitation was held Saturday, August 22, 2020, at Adams Green Funeral Home. A graveside service at Sterling Cemetery followed the visitation. E-mail condolences may be made at
