Bonnie was employed at NASSP (National Association of Secondary School Principals) in Reston, VA. She served as Program Assistant of Student Activities and retired after 19 years. Upon her retirement, Bonnie devoted her time to taking care of and spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed traveling to the beach, shopping, celebrating Christmas, listening to country music and watching her grandchildren participate in extracurricular activities.

Bonnie brought so much joy to everyone with her loving and kind spirit. She was a second mom to many, a friend to all and the best Nana you could ever imagine. Family was always first, and she loved nothing more than being a Nana. Bonnie was a beautiful soul that made us all better for having known her and she will forever be missed.

The family received friends from 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday December 2 at the funeral home. COVID protocols were in place.
