Frank Ralph Tabor Lowrance entered the world on December 29, 1954, in Salida, Colorado. He was a loving husband to Jutta and a committed father to Jenna and Colin. Frank worked hard all his life, and found his most fulfilling work with Loudoun County in general services as a senior project manager.

Frankie loved to laugh, was a phenomenal listener, a genuine soul, and had a kind word for everyone. “Today is a good day for the race. What race, dad? The human race.” Stronger than most, Frank battled three cancers. Unfortunately, he was called home on October 27, 2020. In lieu of flowers, the family invites contributions to the American Cancer Society. A virtual service will be held at a time to be determined.
