On Saturday, October 23rd, 2021; Kristen Marie Clausen-Wagner, 45, passed away suddenly but surrounded by her children in her last moments.

Kristen was born on December 1st, 1975 in Erie, PA to David G. Clausen and Jeanne L. Schulz. Kristen, in childhood, enjoyed her trips to the beach in Erie, PA; with her father, mother, and brother. Her brother remembers having breakfast on the beach and sharing many laughs. She enjoyed shopping with friends in her teens and was a loyal friend to many; with many of those friendships that lasted a lifetime.

Kristen always wanted to be a mother and her children are evident of her success. She was a mother to cats as well, Tinker, Kitty, and “Big” Lu; who she loved dearly, She is remembered by her children to be an incredible mother who would put their needs even above her own. They will all miss her and will be forever thankful for her, raising them to be the adults that they are all today.

She is survived by her husband of 18 years, Lawrence E. Wagner ,three daughters Christy, Caitlin, and Ashley; and her one son Brandon. Her Mother Jeanne, stepfather Mike, and brother David; her two beautiful grandchildren Leonardo and Avianna, will all miss her and honor her memory for many generations now and to come.

She joins her father David G. Clausen in heaven as an angel to watch over her family. Kristen was a hardworking and kind soul, who would give away her last dollar to anyone who was in need. As an avid animal lover her whole life she’s had many animals. She loved having fun and loved music. She would frequent bunkers in Leesburg on Mondays and sing karaoke with her friends.

Her kids reminisce about all the times their mother played kick ball with them as children and every laugh that was shared. Kristen loved her tattoos and would always be excited getting a new one. Some noteable tattoos: a four leaf clover on her neck, curious George on her ankle for her daughter, and a life tree on her back shoulder. Her love for her children and tattoos were captured in a tattoo on her arm of her children’s name in their consecutive order of birth.

Kristen worked at giant food for a majority of her professional life; Giving 22 years to the company with about 7 of those years as a bakery manager. Her co-workers would say she was funny, hardworking and always kind and understanding.
