Shawn Conway Lockhart, 46, of Martinsburg, passed away March 13, 2021 at Berkeley Medical Center. He is survived by his parents, his wife, Elaine Lockhart, son, Brett Lockhart, daughter, Brittany Lockhart, sister, Karen Lockhart and granddaughter, Alaina McCauley.

Memorial services will be private.
