Stone Bridge opened the postseason by defeating William Flemming 38-7 in the Region 5D quarterfinals. The Bulldogs have won at least one playoff game in 21 consecutive seasons.

The Stone Bridge Bulldogs, the Loudoun County Captains and the John Champe Knights each won first-round games to kick off the 2022 varsity football postseason.

Stone Bridge rolled past William Flemming 38-7 in the Region 5D quarterfinals Nov. 11 in Ashburn. The Bulldogs have won 34 of their last 35 games.

John Champe earned a 44-25 win over Forest Park in the quarterfinal round of the Region 6B playoffs. The Knights have scored 40 or more points in seven games this season.
