Park View High School junior forward Elton Quintanilla earned Player of the Year honors on the 2019 All-Dulles District boys' soccer team. Arturo Jimenez of Park View is the Coach of the Year.

Dominion, Heritage, Loudoun County, Loudoun Valley, Riverside and Woodgrove high schools are also represented on the all-district team.
