The Stone Bridge Bulldogs and the Tuscarora Huskies are each one win away from advancing to Virginia High School League state championship football games in their respective classifications.

Both Loudoun teams know now their opponents for the state semifinals, scheduled for Saturday.

Region 5C champion Stone Bridge (11-1) will host Region 5D champion North Stafford (9-4) in a Class 5 semifinal game.

Region 4C champion Tuscarora (12-1) will travel to play Region 4D champion Salem (12-1) in the Class 4 semifinals.

Undefeated Maury (13-0) plays Varina (11-2) in the other Class 5 semifinal game, while Lake Taylor (11-2) squares off with Patrick Henry-Ashland (10-3) in the other Class 4 semifinal.

VHSL state championship games are set for Dec. 14. The Class 5 state final is at Hampton University and the Class 4 state title game will be played at Liberty University.
