Tim Lucas has been hired as head varsity girls' soccer coach at Loudoun County High School in Leesburg. Lucas will take the reins from Olivia Mackey, who resigned after five seasons to pursue a doctoral degree in kinesiology at West Virginia University.

Lucas has coached at the high school, club and collegiate level. He is currently a goalkeeper coach for the ECNL girls' program and coaches various boys' teams for Loudoun Soccer Club.

Lucas previously served as Director of Coaching for the Prince William Soccer Club and the Jacksonville Youth Soccer Club in Florida. He has also been an assistant coach at Saint Joseph’s University and Bishop O’Connell High School.
