The Riverside Rams won the girls' team title at the 2017 VHSL State Swimming and Diving Championships.

Riverside High School holds the lone crown for Loudoun public schools at the Virginia High School League State Swimming and Diving Championships.

Riverside racked up 270 points at the 2017 Group 3A girls' meet to best runner-up York by 78 points for the state title. The Rams accomplished the feat in just their second overall season.

Briar Woods and Rock Ridge high schools have posted multiple runner-up finishes at recent state swimming meets.
