The Montreal Impact overcame a pair of one-goal deficits to defeat host D.C. United 3-2 in the Major League Soccer regular-season finale for both teams Nov. 8 at Audi Field in Washington, D.C.

Montreal (8-13-2, 26 points) earned a playoff berth as the No. 9 seed in the Eastern Conference, while D.C. United (5-12-6, 21 points) fell short of advancing to the postseason.

D.C. United built leads of 1-0 and 2-1 in the first half on goals by Donovan Pines and Ola Kamara. Bojan scored for Montreal in the 13th minute.

Montreal rallied in the second half -- pulling even on Victory Wanyama's goal in the 74th minute and going in front on Romell Quioto's goal in the 88th minute.
