The Loudoun County Captains outscored the John Handley Judges 28-0 in the third quarter on their way to a 42-13 win in the first round of the Region 4C football playoffs Saturday afternoon in Leesburg.

The explosive third quarter allowed the Captains to turn an eight-point halftime lead into a 42-6 advantage heading to the fourth quarter.
