The Freedom Eagles and the Loudoun Valley Vikings swept team titles at their respective regional cross-country meets, while the John Champe Knights raced to the girls' team crown at the Region 6B meet.

Freedom paced the field at the Region 5C meet and Valley topped the team standings at the Region 4C meet. Champe placed first in the girls' standings and second in the boys' standings at the Region 6B meet.

Five Loudoun athletes raced to individual titles: Champe's Bethany Graham (17:55) in Region 6B, Stone Bridge's Tristan Brodie (15:40) and Freedom's Mackenzie Keller (18:30) in Region 5C, and Valley's Kellen Hasle (15:57) and Broad Run's Ellie Desmond (18:23) in Region 4C.

The 2019 VHSL State Cross-Country Championships are scheduled for Nov. 16, with Class 4, 5 and 6 races at Great Meadow in The Plains and Class 3 at Green Hill Park in Salem.

Results include full team scores, individual race winners and a listing of runners from Loudoun schools that placed among the top 15.
