The Washington Football Team will join Inova Blood Donor Services to host blood drives throughout the National Football League season at donor centers in northern Virginia.
The first blood drive is scheduled for Friday and Saturday at three Inova Blood Donor Services Donor Centers: Dulles Town Center in Sterling, CentreMed in Centreville and Woodburn Medical Park in Annandale.
Additional blood drives are set for Oct. 24, Nov. 20-21 and Dec. 11-12 at the same locations.
All presenting donors will receive a Washington Football Team sweatshirt (while supplies last). Donors will also be entered for an opportunity to win 2021 season tickets and Washington Football Team autographed merchandise, along with invitations to a virtual appearance with current players and a virtual Chalk Talk.
To give blood, donors must be feeling generally well on the day of their donation, be at least 16 years old (with parental consent), weigh at least 110 pounds and not have donated blood in the past 56 days for whole blood or 112 days for double red cells. A photo ID is required.
