We, the Citizens and taxpayers of Loudoun Co. own this statue. The BOS voting 9 - 0 that the DOC owns the statue is not binding. A legal opinion will determine who owns it based on the donation that happened in 1901-1907. Maybe someone will sue the BOS on this basis. And the legal owner c…

Voltaire - you are a self-stated finance guy, so please stop with your lecture about the law in Texas and about how Esquire should be used in a sentence! I hope we do get an answer on ownership, but I suspect this statue is something akin to a polluted superfund site.....the County will o…

A couple of bad laws.... VA should allow medical marijuana but not recreational. Have you ever asked a former user.....the effects are detrimental to a person's life, aspirations, achievements and motivation. Sad to see abortion loosening, 24 hour waiting period should remain as well as u…

How could the Dems miss the one law that everyone could agree on, not banning assault weapons?

DBC - I agree with your point about the elderly, but we are a long way away from herd immunity. We need 60% of the population to have contracted the virus (although one new study from universities in England and Sweden suggests 43% is a new lower standard for herd immunity).
