Is not that the place that was not recommended for building due to ruined streams and rivers? All of the wildlife and nature will suffer. We need more national parks and trails to spend time outdoors, especially now when we can only be outdoor.
We have the list of supplies to bring each year to classroom. If that is not enough they should extend the list rather then spend own money. They chose profession because they love working with kids. They enjoy teaching and talking to kids and they have skills doing so. Unlike us.
I agree. We had to buy new desk, chairs, another computer, upgrade the internet and wifi to accommodate all of us working at home.. We had to order food and buy frozen because after teaching kids for 4-5 hrs I did not have time or strength to cook. Not to mention that we need a new carpet…
I think they needed a number of students for hybrid option just to realize that even with 50% attendance the classes overloaded and they can not do that. Most likely they now need a number for the daycare and they probably wont be able to supply any as well
If one child is sick, all of the others will get sick. Just spending 15 minutes in the same room with sick person nearly grants Covid transmission. I do not see resolution for that if windows and doors wipp not open. Also working parents should come up with back up plan to keep sick kids …
Why they do not consider 2-3 hrs a day every day? Do the teaching and send kids home with homework. They won't have to spend time in the cafeteria or even bathrooms. Cancel all busses. Not a big deal to drive kids to school.
Maybe it sounds silly, but I think they have to develop some kind of express test we can do at home every morning before leaving the house, rather then vaccine. We must stop spreading at the roots starting in each home.
